Terms of Service
Plume · Effective 28 May 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Plume ("the Service"), operated by Evgeny Savin (NIF [NIF]). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement.
2. The Service
The Service lets you create issuing entities, manage customers and items, and generate and store invoices. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, content, and legality of the invoices and records you create, including their compliance with the tax and invoicing rules that apply to you.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, not to upload content you have no right to use, not to attempt to access other users' data, and not to disrupt or probe the Service or its infrastructure.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you. Where the data you upload includes personal data about your own clients, you are the data controller and our Data Processing Agreement applies.
6. Your responsibilities for client data
- You must have a lawful basis to collect and upload personal data about your clients.
- You must provide your own privacy information to your clients as required by law.
- You are responsible for your own tax, invoicing and e-invoicing compliance (for example, certified-software requirements that apply in your country).
7. Availability and warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may be under active development. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important records.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including consumer rights and liability for fraud or gross negligence).
9. Fees
Any fees, free tiers, or trial terms will be described in the Service. If paid plans are introduced, we will give you notice before charges apply.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. Before deletion, you can export your data; after closure we handle remaining data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified within the Service, and the effective date above will be revised.
